It’s getting so cheap I’d spend $400 and buy 100 shares if I knew how to do that from Brazil.

Hey, people from abroad… It’s trading below book value… It cannot be that bad. If they sell their offices worldwide they can get more than only $3 billion. (But trade at your own risk — I’m no professional in the subject).
